  • HOW DOES THE WASH, DRY, AND FOLD SERVICE WORK?

    YOU BRING YOUR DIRTY LAUNDRY TO THE SERVICE PROVIDER OR SCHEDULE A PICKUP. THEY WILL SORT, WASH, DRY, AND FOLD YOUR ITEMS ACCORDING TO YOUR PREFERENCES. YOU CAN THEN PICK UP YOUR CLEAN AND NEATLY FOLDED LAUNDRY AT A LATER TIME.

  • WHAT ITEMS CAN I SEND FOR WASH, DRY, AND FOLD SERVICE?

    YOU CAN TYPICALLY SEND A WIDE RANGE OF ITEMS, INCLUDING CLOTHES, BEDDING, TOWELS, AND SOME DELICATE FABRICS. WE DO NOT HAND WASH, IRON, OR DRY CLEAN.

  • DO I NEED TO SORT MY LAUNDRY BEFORE USING THIS SERVICE?

    AT SUDS LAGOON, YOU DO NOT REQUIRE YOU TO SORT YOUR LAUNDRY BEFORE BRINGING IT IN. WE WILL SORT FOR YOU AT NO ADDITIONAL FEE.

  • CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE WAY MY LAUNDRY IS FOLDED?

    YES, SUDS LAGOON IS HAPPY TO CUSTOMIZE TO YOUR FOLDING PREFERENCES. YOU CAN REQUEST ITEMS TO BE FOLDED IN A PARTICULAR WAY OR EVEN HUNG ON HANGERS FOR CERTAIN GARMENTS.

  • IS THIS SERVICE SUITABLE FOR SPECIAL LAUNDRY NEEDS LIKE STAIN REMOVAL OR DELICATE FABRICS?

    SUDS LAGOON OFFERS MINOR STAIN REMOVAL AT NO ADDITIONAL SERVICE. ENSURE YOU COMMUNICATE YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS TO US TO SEE WE CAN ACCOMMODATE THEM.

  • IS WASH, DRY, AND FOLD SERVICE ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY?

    SUDS LAGOON IS ALSO A COIN OPERATED LAUNDRY FACILITY AND ALL OUR MACHINES ARE HIGH EFFICIENCY MACHINES FOR THE MOST ECO FRIENDLY LAUNDRY.

    ENSURE YOUR LAUNDRY IS BAGGED OR CONTAINED IN A WAY THAT'S EASY FOR THE SERVICE TO HANDLE. REMOVE ANY PERSONAL ITEMS OR VALUABLES FROM YOUR CLOTHING POCKETS.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH MY LAUNDRY, LIKE MISSING ITEMS OR DAMAGE?

  • DO YOU OFFER DRY CLEANING?

    SUDS LAGOON FOCUSES ON WHAT WE DO BEST AND THAT IS LAUNDRY SERVICES. WE DO NOT OFFER DRY CLEANING.

  • DO YOU SEPARATE LIGHTS & DARKS?

    HERE AT SUDS LAGOON, WE SORT LAUNDRY INTO THREE CATEGORIES: WHITES, LIGHTS, AND DARKS. WE ALSO WASH RUGS, DOG BEDS, BEDDING, AND CURTAINS IN SEPARATE DEDICATED LOADS.

  • ARE YOU CLOSED ON FEDERAL HOLIDAYS?

IF YOU HAVE ANY SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS OR REQUESTS, JUST LET US KNOW. LAST STEP – ENTER YOUR BILLING INFORMATION AND YOU’RE ON YOUR WAY TO A LAUNDRY-FREE LIFE.

  • HOW IS PRICING DETERMINED FOR WASH, DRY, AND FOLD SERVICE?

    PRICING IS USUALLY BASED ON THE WEIGHT OF YOUR LAUNDRY AND YOUR PREFERRED TURN AROUND TIME. ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY APPLY FOR SPECIFIC REQUESTS, LIKE DETERGENT TYPE.

  • WHAT DO I PUT MY LAUNDRY IN?

    USE ANY TYPE OF PLASTIC OR FABRIC BAG WILL DO! PLEASE DO NOT USE HAMPERS OR BOXES. ON YOUR 10TH ORDER YOU WILL RECEIVE A FREE SUDS LAGOON LAUNDRY BAG THAT HOLDS UP TO 40LBS OF LAUNDRY.

  • IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MUCH I CAN SEND IN TO BE WASHED?

    THERE IS NO LIMIT TO HOW MUCH LAUNDRY YOU CAN SEND TO SUDS LAGOON. THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR LOADS OVER A CERTAIN AMOUNT.

  • DOES SUDS LAGOON PROVIDE COMMERCIAL LAUNDRY SERVICES?

    YES WE DO! SUDS LAGOON PROVIDES FAST, RELIABLE, AND CUSTOMIZED LAUNDRY SERVICES FOR HOTELS, AIRBNB, MANAGEMENT COMPANIES, SALONS, BARBER SHOPS, FITNESS CENTERS, RESTAURANTS, & MEDICAL OFFICES.

  • DO YOU PROVIDE SERVICE TO MILITARY BASES?

    UNFORTUNATELY, BECAUSE OF MILITARY SECURITY PROTOCOLS, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE PICK-UP AND DELIVERY SERVICE TO MILITARY BASES.

  • IS THERE ANY CONTRACT OR LONG-TERM COMMITMENT?

    SUDS LAGOON NEVER ASKS OUR CUSTOMERS TO ENTER INTO LONG TERM COMMITMENTS OR CONTRACTS.

  • HOW MUCH DOES YOUR SERVICE COST?

    PRICING DEPENDS ON YOUR TURN AROUND TIME. 48 HOUR TURNAROUND IS $1.75/LB AND 24 HOUR TURN

    AROUND IS $2.00/LB. PICK UP & DELIVERY SERVICE DEPENDS ON YOUR LOCATION.

  • HOW WILL I BE BILLED?

    WE BILL YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD DIRECTLY. YOU CAN ALSO RECEIVE INVOICE TOTALS BY TEXT.

  • HOW DOES MY LAUNDRY GET WEIGHED?

    YOUR LAUNDRY WILL BE WEIGHED BEFORE WE WASH IT.

  • WHICH CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?

    WE ACCEPT MASTERCARD, VISA, DISCOVER, AND AMERICAN EXPRESS CARDS. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL.

  • IS THERE A MINIMUM CHARGE?

    THERE IS A 16LB MINIMUM PER ORDER.

  • DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY SERVICE?

    YES, at $2.50/LB. SAME-DAY SERVICE ORDERS MUST BE DROPPED OFF ONLY. WE CAN’T PROCESS SAME-DAY ORDERS USING PICK UP AND DELIVERY. TO USE SAME DAY SERVICE YOU MUST DROP OFF ORDERS BEFORE 3PM.

  • DO YOU HAVE A REFERRAL PROGRAM?

    YES WE DO! YOU RECEIVE 20% DISCOUNT FOR EACH PERSON YOU REFER. YOUR REFERRAL MUST HAVE PLACED AT LEAST ONE ORDER BEFORE REFERRAL DISCOUNT IS APPLIED.

  • WHAT IF I HAVE LARGE BEDDING ITEMS? ARE THEY CHARGED BY THE POUND?

    LARGE ITEMS LIKE COMFORTERS, DOG BEDS, AND BEDSPREADS ARE REMOVED BEFORE YOUR LAUNDRY IS WEIGHED AND THEN BILLED AT A PER-PIECE RATE.

    WE EMPLOY PROFESSIONAL STAFF WHO COMPLETE YOUR LAUNDRY IN OUR PROFESSIONAL FACILITIES. LAUNDRY IS NOT DONE BY GIG WORKERS IN THEIR PRIVATE RESIDENCES.

  • CAN I CHOOSE MY DRYER TEMPERATURE?

    YES! YOU CAN SELECT LOW, MEDIUM OR HIGH WHEN YOU SET UP YOUR PREFERENCES. THESE CAN ALSO BE CHANGED AND UPDATED ANYTIME IN YOUR ACCOUNT.

  • CAN I CHOOSE WHAT WATER TEMPERATURE I WANT FOR WASHING?

    YES! YOU CAN SELECT COLD, WARM OR HOT WHEN YOU SET UP YOUR PREFERENCES. THESE CAN ALSO BE CHANGED AND UPDATED ANYTIME IN YOUR ACCOUNT.

  • CAN I CHOOSE IF MY ITEMS ARE FOLDED OR HUNG?

    YES! WHEN YOU SET UP YOUR PREFERENCES THIS WILL BE A SELECTION THAT YOU CHOOSE FOR YOUR SHIRTS, & PANTS. THESE CAN ALSO BE CHANGED AND UPDATED ANYTIME IN YOUR ACCOUNT.

  • WHAT STEPS DO YOU TAKE TO ACCOMMODATE CUSTOMERS WITH ALLERGIES?

    PLEASE BE ADVISED, IF YOU ARE HYPER ALLERGIC TO SCENTS FROM LAUNDRY PRODUCTS. WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO GUARANTEE YOUR ORDER WILL BE RETURNED AS NEEDED. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO FOLLOW ALL SPECIFIED PREFERENCES FOR YOUR ORDER.

  • WILL MY CLOTHES BE WASHED OR DRIED WITH OTHER CUSTOMER'S CLOTHES?

    NO. WE WASH AND DRY OUR CUSTOMERS’ LAUNDRY INDIVIDUALLY IN SEPARATE MACHINES!

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU LOSE/DAMAGE SOME GARMENTS?

    PLEASE REVIEW OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MORE DETAILS.

  • CAN I SEND IN LAUNDRY ITEMS WITH MOLD?

    THE ASPERGILLUS SPECIES OF MOLD ON CLOTHES CAN EASILY BE INHALED BY PEOPLE AND HAS BEEN KNOWN TO CAUSE RESPIRATORY PROBLEMS, LIKE COUGHING, SNEEZING, WHEEZING, AND EVEN FEVER. ACCORDINGLY, SUDS

    LAGOON WILL REFUSE TO LAUNDER ITEMS COVERED IN MOLD AND WILL RETURN THE ITEMS, UNWASHED.

  • DOES SUDS LAGOON WASH, DRY, AND FOLD BEDDING?

    YES, WE DO!

  • DO YOU LAUNDER ITEMS THAT ARE SOILED?

    SUDS LAGOON RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE OF ITEMS SOILED WITH BODILY FLUIDS, CHEMICALS, OR GARBAGE. IF WE ARE UNABLE TO LAUNDER, ITEMS WILL BE RETURNED UNWASHED. IN THE EVENT THAT WE CAN LAUNDER, LAUNDRY IS SUBJECT TO A SANITATION FEE.

  • DO YOU TREAT STAINS?

    YES, WE DO. PLEASE PLACE ALL STAINED CLOTHING IN THE “SPECIAL ATTENTION” BAG AND LET US KNOW BY INCLUDING A NOTE IN THE BAG OR ON YOUR LAUNDRY PROFILE AND WE’LL DO OUR BEST TO GET IT OUT. WHILE WE’RE USUALLY SUCCESSFUL AT REMOVING STAINS, WE CAN’T GUARANTEE WE’LL BE ABLE TO GET IT OUT. IF YOU CAN PRETREAT THE STAIN BEFORE PUTTING THE GARMENT IN THE BAG, IT WILL INCREASE THE ODDS OF SUCCESS.

  • DO YOU LAUNDER COATS?

    YES, ANY MACHINE WASHABLE COATS MAY BE SENT IN WITH YOUR REGULAR LAUNDRY.

  • CAN I SEND IN MY SHOES TO BE WASHED?

    ANY MACHINE WASHABLE SHOES MAY BE SENT IN.

  • CAN I SEND MY UNDERGARMENTS IN TO BE WASHED?

    YES, YOU MAY SEND ALL CLOTHING THAT IS MACHINE WASHABLE.

  • CAN WE SEND JUST TOWELS IN?

    YES! WE LAUNDER TOWELS FOR BOTH RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL PICKUPS.

  • DRY TEMPERATURE?

    THE SUDS LAGOON TEAM DRY ON LOW-MEDIUM HEAT; NEVER HIGH HEAT, UNLESS YOU SPECIFY.

  • HOT OR COLD WASH?

    WE LAUNDER CLOTHES IN COLD WATER, AS RECOMMENDED BY LAUNDRY EXPERTS. HOWEVER, IF YOU WANT US TO LAUNDER IN HOT WATER SIMPLY REQUEST IT IN “SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS” AND WE’LL ACCOMMODATE YOU.

  • DO YOU OFFER IRONING OR DRY CLEANING?

    UNFORTUNATELY SUDS LAGOON DOES NOT OFFER ADDITIONAL SERVICES LIKE IRONING, HAND WASHING, OR DRY CLEANING.

  • WHEN IS WET LAUNDRY WEIGHED?

    WET LAUNDRY IS WEIGHED AFTER IT'S DRY. IT'S NOT WEIGHED WHEN IT'S WET. WE ACCEPT WET LAUNDRY, ALTHOUGH PLEASE PUT THEM IN SMALL BAGS SO THAT EACH BAG ISN'T TOO HEAVY. AFTER YOUR LAUNDRY IS WASHED, DRIED, FOLDED, PACKED, AND WEIGHED, YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD IS CHARGED FOR THE COST OF THESERVICE.
